Woohoo!

We're supposed to go sign the lease for the townhouse next week! Woohoo!!! They haven't actually run our credit yet, but they've been warned about mine. It didn't sound like it would be a huge problem - Tai asked the realtor to take into consideration that he was the money-maker of the family. Tai also tells me that they will let us start moving in before the first of the month, which would be awesome, as the last weekend in August, Perrin and Darcy will be spending the weekend with their biomom. Would be a terrific time to move - without four little extra feet to step on, etc. So it's not written in stone yet, but with just a teeny little bit more luck, it will be soon! (Or at least written in ink on a lease!)
