Whatever happened to bubble wrap?

Doing all of this ordering online between Christmas and tax refund seasons, I've realized something. Very few things come in bubble wrap anymore! This saddens me. It used to be you could play with the packaging...spend hours (or at least many minutes) snapping those little bubbles - driving everyone around you insane. Now we get little bags full of air. Oh boy!
