To nap or not to nap, that is the question

Here it is, 1:30 in the afternoon, and I have accomplished very little. The kids still haven't cleaned their rooms. I've managed to twist something in my back that makes it nearly impossible to move without being in great quantities of pain. I nearly cried just trying to take the 5yo to the bus stop. This isn't a good sign. And this isn't shaping up to be a very good day.
